Tonmya is a game changer for me!

I started Tonmya 3 days ago. I have burning pain under tongue after dissolved. Any suggestions? Because I am on Medicare, a government program, I could not use the Tonmya savings card. So my pharmacy got it down to $900. So decided to chance one month to see what happens.

@leoandbear Actually, I tried Tonmya for the second time and the burning was too much again. I just cannot take it. Drink water before using and try to have a lot of saliva in your mouth when you put it under your tongue and see if that helps.

@daisy17 I am on disability, so it is paid for. It does not lose its effectiveness over time like cyclobenzaprine. I am now sleeping better than I have in years!

When I have a fibre flare, I take a 5mg tablet of cyclobenzaprine before bed and it helps with sleep and pain.
