I'm new here, but have had some kind of chronic fatigue for around for around 15 years. Because of some negative events in my recent life, I've really been feeling the need to talk to someone who can understand.

My family members seem to think I'm not really sick, and that if I just tried a little harder... you know, pushed myself more...

I've never had a formal diagnosis of anything, but I've been hospitalized twice with "downstream" effects. i had a good naturopath for a while, but she moved away and is retiring. I'm now 71 and can't work anymore and don't know how I will even survive.

I'm just feeling really down and discouraged and need someone to talk to about all this with people who might understand.
