@jeffmarc On 4/28/25 I had a CT Abdomen and Pelvis there were 3 right renal masses for multifocal renal cell carcinoma measuring up to 3.2 cm at the upper pole. Liver was normal. On 5/8/25 I had a nuclear medicine whole body bone scan It showed physiologic in the bilateral kidneys and bladder. On 8/12/25 I had a PSMA-PYL PET/CT Vertex to distal thigh scan-found normal physiologic uptake within glands, liver, spleen, kidney, bowel and urinary bladder. found-SUV max right hepatic lobe:8.4, PSMA -expression score Intermediate (2) liver. Mu;tifocal right renal lesions again seen which are better characterization prior CT scan of the abdomen. No definite renal lesion with increased tracer uptake. The liver, spleen, adrenals, pancreas, abd gallbladder demonstrate no suspicious lesions. On 2/3/26 my SUV scores decreased : left prostatic lesion from 11.3 to 4.4; left external iliac lymph node from 37.6 to 10.7; grossly right renal lesions. C7 from 31.6 to 3.0; L1 from 48.7 to 17.3.

@coachsanta
2.54 cm to an inch. 3.2cm is pretty large. I can understand why they want to remove it.
