Has anyone's PACs just disappeared?

They can go away just like they can start at anytime. Mine came on dramatically with stress and anxiety I suffered recently.

You did not mentioned taking magnesium. My electrophysiologist (EP) recommended I take 400 mg of magnesium to help with my PACs, and PVCs.

Yes, 400mg of Mg helped, some, but not enough to clear.
Also tried taurine, that might have helped a little, too.
The beta blocker helps, and still helps, but did not clear.
I still take some Mg supplement, though I probably already have enough in my diet, and occasionally some taurine.

As best I can determine either that vitamin A in a couple of baby carrots per day did the job, or something in the multivitamin, which also has some vitamin A, and I took for the iodine, or it was just one heck of a coincidence.
