Has anyone's PACs just disappeared?

Mine started over twenty years ago, that is some variety of arrhythmias including frequent PAC and PVC, and some moderately high blood pressure. No particular stress and anxiety, anymore than everyone has, lol. Outside of some BP meds including beta blocker, doctors just shrugged. Got much worse about eleven years ago but a series of doctors all continued to just shrug. I tried various supplements that sometimes helped, somewhat.
Then about five years ago I was again reviewing my diet and discovered I was probably short of at least two nutrients, iodine and vitamin A. I started taking a multivitamin, a little extra iodized salt, and some baby carrots! Also tried beta carotene briefly that did not seem to help over a month so I stopped it. Something worked or random chance, but the very serious assorted arrhythmias did not entirely disappear but the worst were reduced 99% and the rest were reduced about 95%. If a doctor had been responsible I'd have nominated him for the Nobel Prize.

So read it as you will but apparently yes, it's possible for them to go away.

They can go away just like they can start at anytime. Mine came on dramatically with stress and anxiety I suffered recently.

You did not mentioned taking magnesium. My electrophysiologist (EP) recommended I take 400 mg of magnesium to help with my PACs, and PVCs.

What is the name of the multivitamin you take. I liked your see how much iodine is in there and how much vitamin A?
