I take 120mg of Cymbalta for Chronic Migraine Disease and Fibromyalgia. I have gone off of it before and my pain increased significantly. I also use THC/CBD salve and gummies. The gummies are micro dosed so I can adjust as I need to. The introduction of medical cannabis has been the only thing that allows me to function during the day. It doesn't take my pain away but it eases my nerves and relaxes me.
