@tubaozkocc basically I have severe dry eye due to lots of different issues (tears, oil glands, inflammation, etc). I have done all the usual treatments for them and there are even some signs of improvement, but the feelings of pain and discomfort persist. I guess my clinical picture of dry eye currently looks good enough that I “shouldn’t” be feeling so uncomfortable yet that is reality. They also did a couple of tests that demonstrated my ocular surface had high sensitivity, and as well as a test where they numbed the ocular surface and yet I still had the feelings of discomfort. This told them that my brain continued to produce a signal of pain even when it “shouldn’t”. So basically I have the pain associated with severe dry eye, I’m doing everything possible to treat the dry eye, my eyes are responding somewhat to the treatments, but the pain is always there. I don’t have symptoms beyond pain described by burning, grittiness, etc.

how about you?

@ashleyharris728 I am sorry to hear that.Mine feels like dry eyes, but there's no burning or gritty sensation. My eyes are constantly tired and burning. Hope botox helps you!
