Intestinal Methanogen Overgrowth (IMO) and antibiotics

Hi,
I was diagnosed with afib and put on Diltaizem which caused constipation. 4 months later I now have IMO. My gastroenterologist just prescribed a 14 day course of XIfaxan and Neomycin. They didn’t tell me anything about what to be eating. I’ve been doing low fodmap but read that I shouldn’t while taking the meds? Does anyone have any insight? I’ve never had stomach or gastro issues in my 68 years and now it’s overwhelming.
