Has anyone had Y90 treatment for NETS?

Next week the Dr will map the artery to my liver and the following week they'll inject microbeads of radiation to directly target the Nets.

My husband had his first Y90 treatment last Thursday. He has not experienced any side effects. While I am proud he hasn’t had any additional suffering, I am a bit concerned this might mean it’s not working. Anyone have any similar experience?

@tgsenn70 Though I have not had Y90, I have learned from others here that some folks have minimal side effects and success with Y90. Hopefully, your husband is in that group. Keep the belief that he is.

@tomrennie thank you for sharing that with me. I definitely am holding onto my faith and belief that it is working and we will see confirmation that it has in a few weeks when he gets his scans.

If I remember right it continued to shrink or kill tumors for about 2 years . I have functioning tumors so my was about 2,000 when I started and it continued to drop all the way down to about 200.
