Wondering if there are any support/social groups in my area for those living with chronic health conditions. Older and feeling a bit isolated and would be interested in meeting others who face similar challenges.

@craighatescancer So many of us can certainly relate to what you state. Having chronic health conditions can make us feel isolated, and dealing with limitations isolate us further.

What part of the country do you live in, if I may ask?
