I have many symptoms of spondyloarthropathy, although my diagnosis is systemic sclerosis. I am currently on Humira/Adalimumab with oral Myfortic. After 2 bi-weekly injections with Humira, I am not much better. Although, Humira worked for me in the past. At this time, may need to consider switching to another biologic, possibly Rituximab, as it is supposed to work for both systemic sclerosis and arthritis.
If anyone had Rituximab infusions, please post your experience.

@altabiznet I had it and I couldn't see any difference, so I stopped. No side effects, 'though.
