Anyone have experience taking a service dog?

@roch Thank you . I contacted them. They said there are patient services that can help book the flight, the hotel, etc. and do the legwork on what is needed for a service dog with those for a small fee.

@trequestrian, I'll be interested to hear how your visit at Mayo Clinic went and how your service dog helped you and how s/he was accommodated into your appointments, etc.
