and, is it on the inside or outside part of your hip? I have pain on the inside, at the groin area where they went in through the femoral artery a couple years ago for a procedure but figured it was just scar tissue. same thing, pain with specific movement and definitely walking changes. (and Hooray for you and your walking- that's fantastic! I hope you can get back to it)

@uisge I miss my walking so much. With my husband still working full time operating a commercial real estate office it gets me out of the house and out of my head. I can't volunteer in a school or hospital because I have something called CVID. Common Variable Immuno Depression. I don't make anti-bodies against bacteria or viruses so I have to give myself infusions of plasma to get other peoples antibodies. ( Boy in the Bubble light). Since I pick up illness so easy it's hard to be in a crowd or help in a classroom. We live in a beautiful county in Northern California and have the kind of weather where you can get outside almost the whole year.
