@susanew Although you can stop taking Fosamax at any time, it's important to know the following:

@susanew I was on Fosamax for 5 years. Well, then it was determined following a scan that I had osteoporosis in my right hip!? I didn’t suffer from any side effects during that time, however, it apparently didn’t have the hoped for results. I am now in month two of Evenity injections for 12 months. The side effects suck - fatigue, joint and muscle pain. I see my endocrinologist this month. We shall see.
