@cent66 Low dose naltrexone (LDN) can cause insomnia as a side effect, usually during the initial adjustment period. It's often temporary and may improve after a week or so.
It actually helped cure my terrible insomnia a short while after I built up to the maintenance dose of 4.5mg/day. There are even studies showing it can help with insomnia. https://neurolaunch.com/naltrexone-and-sleep/
