Arikayce causing severe throat irritation/voice loss—help?

I am on this drug treatment along with 100 mg clofazamine and 600mg linezolid. The loss of your normal voice etc disappears after about six days. At least it did for me. My pulmonologist ordered drug sensitivity testing using my sputum samples. Amakacin and this form of it Arikayce is very effective against the M. Abscessus in my lungs.

When you say you lost you voice for about 6 days; did you just continue treatment or did you take a few days off and restart?
I will start treatments for 3 or 4 days. Then loose my voice, have severe dry throat, some swelling (feels like there's a lump in my throat). This makes taking pills difficult. It takes several days for my throat to recover. The I'll restart treatment, only to have the same side effects to reoccur.
