Works for some people with fibromyalgia. Usually you have to find a doctor that will prescribe it and send the prescription to a compounding pharmacy. Can help with pain, fatigue, sleep with minimal side effects. You can find others testimonials on here as to how it’s working or not working for them. Blessings.

@jeannesf1 LDN has helped me tremendously reducing pain and fixing my terrible insomnia. I take 4.5mg a day before breakfast. I got my prescription from a doctor at a pain clinic, but have since learned my PCP will prescribe it. I've written about it often under this support group.
