The classes have been super helpful for me-2 of the classes were in a group type setting and I feel like we had 12 people in each of those. Then the other classes have been individual with just me and the instructor. I have learned so much regarding fibromyalgia from the various classes. I started them in January I think it was and there were a few that had longer wait times. I’m now doing the last one on my list in May. As far as cancellations go I’m not sure how many spots open up-I was waiting for openings for the stress one and it seems that one is super popular and has a longer wait.
