Since you had a prostatectomy, the only reason you would want to do radiation is if your PSA is starting to rise.

You have not included any information about what your PSA is. You don’t have a very aggressive case with what you describe, you really don’t want to do radiation until you need to, and that Time may never come..

@jeffmarc a simple robotic assisted prostectomy is only removing tissue around the urethra to correct urine retention which worked great no cancer in the 101 grams he removed ! So still producing PSA PSA is 25 but stays steady PSMA clear But I still think I will request treatment when I get to Iowa in August
