Onero in DC, MD, and VA

For those in the DMV, there are some new additions to the world map of Onero practioners. For a while, it's just been Baltimore, at Summit Physical Therapy and Performance (www.summitptp.com). Now there is Nova Strong in Fairfax, VA (www.getnovastrong.com) and Back to Life Physical Therapy in DC (www.backtolifeptdc.com). I also have it on good authority that a site will be listed soon in Bethesda, MD, once the space is ready. I started at the Fairfax, Virginia, location and moved over to the DC location a few weeks later once it opened (closer to me and I didn't have to deal with the Beltway). The folks at both places are just as lovely and nice and as smart as as can be. I especially appreciate working the program now in DC with a physical therapist as he has personalized the non-weightlifting parts of the program (core, balance, etc.) to address my specific needs - things he noticed during my evaluation session.
