While there is no real cure for neuropathy, there are many treatments and alternative therapies that can provide some relief and a better life. I sounds like you were recently diagnosed with neuropathy. Can you share a little more about your diagnosis and symptoms so that others with similar experience may be able to share with you?

I would like to let folks know that there is a webinar on April 29 on Metabolic Disease and PN sponsored by the Peripheral Neuropathy Foundation. Registration is required and the time is dependent on the time zone where you reside. A different program on Idiopathic PN will be presented on May 5. I have found their previous programs very informative, especially the last one that focused on the research findings that indicate metabolic disease and high triglycerides are markers for those who suffer from painful neuropathy verses numbness.
