Having constant health issues I need help

I have so many health issues , I been in and out of ers, bunch of doctors was in the er today , I get looked at like I’m stupid, I’ve had mris , cats and, cts, ultrasounds. But come back clean . Only thing they mentioned was a couple spots in lungs , that are very small and was probably from previous infections. I have constantly constipation, over past two months the burning has no traveled up into my right ribcage burns, it’s like a gnawing burning sensation. It never goes away . I’ve very fatigued. They said nothing again on scan . I’m tired of this, fatigue , nausea. Here’s my results for blood, said hemotocrt low, but they didn’t see anything dangerous. Here’s my results. I’ve had scan and ultrasound of my right side for gallbladder, pancreas , liver, kidney . Nothing …. I had to bug doctor at er for a hida scan, And I will but I have too call a surgeon to see if I can get me one . I’m 31 male. I can’t keep living like this. Please help .
