Join us for a special evening honoring
stroke survivors and welcoming families
and community members in celebration.
Stroke survivors are invited and
encouraged to attend and will be
provided with up to 2 complimentary
tickets and vouchers good for a food
voucher, all compliments of the
Mayo Clinic Department of Neurology.

Proceeds from the night will benefit
the Neurology Hospitality House,
providing accessible and affordable
accommodations for patients and
their caregivers while seeking specialty
neurologic care in Rochester, MN.
