@edjohnson7 Hi, I was diagnosed with Grover’s Disease last April. There is a great group that I subscribed to on Facebook. It’s called Grover’s Disease Support Group. I have gotten very useful information. For me, I use a prescription Calcipotriene and Calmoseptine which I get at Costco but you can also get it on Amazon, I also use Sarna Calm & Cool for itch and you can keep it in the refrigerator. Calmoseptine is actually used as a diaper rash cream and acts as a barrier and I find it to be an and I find it to be a huge benefit, especially at night when I’m going to sleep. Ice packs/Ice Blankets are my best friend during breakouts to keep me cool. Being hot and getting sweaty is the worst thing for me along with eating sweets. What works for person doesn’t work for another. I hope some of this information helps you. I know some people used Dupixent off label and they’ve had great success with it. I can’t use it being a biologic. A lot of people find luck using cilantro and making smoothies out of it and there is a recipe on that Facebook group. Some people use cilantro capsules in combination with chlorella, I personally have not tried that. I wish you luck, it’s not fun.
