Is there anything I should expect being newly diagnosed with Small Vessel Disease?

Mine seems to mostly affect balance and gait and had resulted in lacunar strokes. Symptoms are related to the area where the ischemia is located in your brain.

I was recently diagnosed with micro vascular occlusion behind my right side of my head near ear!
Is there a cure?
