Anyone with Renal Artery Stenosis?

I've just been diagnosed with Renal Artery Stenosis in my Right Kidney and hoping someone can give me input to this condition.

I had two Doppler studies showing a left renal artery blockage, but nothing was seen on CTA. I have sudden onset high blood pressure that can be quite variable. I wondered if anyone else had this sort of ambiguity at the beginning of their diagnostic journey.

Yesterday I went for my renal right kidney blockage. Two doctors told me I had blockage from an ultra sound and bloodwork. Yesterday the surgery showed no blockage. But now after he went in thru my artery, for the next 3 days I have to watch for symptoms of blood clots.
Could it be a blessing? Or a mistake.

An ultra sound showed i have blockage. But yesterday had a procedure done and he said all was clear. Now i have to watch for blood clot symptoms. My blood pressure has been spiking late in the day mostly. For 3 years now. I was hoping that was the reason. Now I don't know.

My blood pressure also spikes late in the day, and I can have very low blood pressure in the morning. It’s like I’m over medicated and under medicated at the same time depending on my position. All signs pointed to renal artery stenosis, but like you, no further proof. I wonder if something like this could be intermittent? It’s so baffling to show such a severe blockage multiple times using one study technique and then a nothing burger upon further imaging.
