Some people report relatively easy experience with CAR-T, but neurological toxicities can be significant and may happen months after the treatment. Patients have low immunity for about 3 months; then immune system restores itself. Infections are not the main risk with CAR-T, but there are other toxicities to consider. It is important to be near the treatment center for a min of 3 months.

I read somewhere that Parkinson’s was a risk. That’s a tough one. I will start looking . It’s always the side effects that are scary. Iv seen people with Parkinson’s. It’s very rough.
