Anyone had success getting Veozah (fezolinetant) covered by insurance?
I'm reviving this post regarding Veozah. I've had significant night sweats and hot flashes throughout the day/night since I had breast cancer surgery in 2024 and had to stop my estrogen patch. I was given the green light to use an estradiol vaginal insert for vaginal dryness and I tried Sertraline (Zoloft) hoping this would reduce the discomfort, but nothing has been successful. So, has anyone had success getting Veozah covered by insurance. I have medicare and a supplemental insurance. Thanks group!

@rylee2019, I'm tagging @pinkdaisy as I believe she has experience with Veozah (fezolinetant) and can share more.
I see that the drug maker has information about coverage and financial assistance for the treatment, such as assistance for people who have insurance, people on medicare and for the uninsured. See details here: https://www.veozah.com/savings
Sometimes these assistance programs can be challenging to navigate. You might ask for help from an oncology social worker. They help patients with prescription access. Read more here:

Night sweats and hot flashes are so frustrating and really impact quality of life, especially with interrupted sleep. I sure hope more can be done.
