I started with 8 cups of water (1920 cc), which wasn’t enough for me at the time. My endo asked me to increase to 10 cups daily, with salt added occasionally if needed, and that worked for my low blood pressure. Hope any side effects you’re experiencing pass soon.

@mayblin I've suffered from chronic dehydration for well over 30 years (courtesy Uncle Sam).
No one has EVER given me any answers. I consume a healthy amount of water and also use Himalayan salt. Still no relief. I can't even counnt how many times for ER visits due to dehydration.
Recently increased my potassium intake and that has made a noticeable difference. My husband also has increased his potassium intake and feels better. We're taking it slow with the increase to get up to a daily maintenance level. i've noticed my mouth and eyes are not as dry as they used to be. A few different sources of information came our way recently about potassium deficiency. Seems to be helpful.
