Hi!
First of all I have no true medical knowledge on this subject but I have a story on my husband.
He was always a walker and then he started to have “discomfort” in middle of chest when walking which subsided at rest. He was having this on a regular walking basis.
We went to cardiologist and he ordered an angiogram. ( I am not indicating you have the same thing) The angiogram indicated 3 blockages which one was his main artery which they call the widow maker!! A operation was scheduled 2 weeks later
The physician and interns present all said he was very lucky and there had not been any damage to his heart.
Thankful!!!
That was 18 yrs ago. Still Thankful!!

@mphaddican thank you for the reply and yes, all my fears and worries were riddled with heart attack pending or the worst possible situations. BUT to the opposite of most mine seems to dissipate all together the more active I get including walking, biking, etc.
