@zenren14 it’s nothing tumorous-I’ve had a pet-ct. There are just delayed effects of radiotherapy , a lot of fibrosis. I also undergo lung aspiration. I’m looking into whether there are any alternatives besides exercises.

I had a radical neck dissection (scar tissue feels like a zipper).
Aspiration is very common in HNC.
Do you go for a lung test?
Sounds like your keeping on top of things!
