This routine has helped me to stay grounded.
I hope you get some solution really soon.
Maybe ask for a biopsy?
That's what I had for tongue tumour.

@zenren14 it’s nothing tumorous-I’ve had a pet-ct. There are just delayed effects of radiotherapy , a lot of fibrosis. I also undergo lung aspiration. I’m looking into whether there are any alternatives besides exercises.
