How to reduce bubbles in urine?

I wanted to know how to reduce bubbles in my urine and how to maintain a healthy kidney.

@vlorenzo my nephrologist told me bubbles are a sign of high levels of phosphorus. Once I cut out diet cokes, the bubbles really subsided.

@vlorenzo Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect! There are a few causes of bubbles in your urine, including dehydration [urine is more concentrated], excessive protein, or force of the expelling of urine. Here is an article from the National Kidney Foundation that may help you:
