You absolutely have to rinse the inhaler DAILY, not weekly....just do you get the full dose of the Breztri...I use a spacer too......even still, it feels like the medicine only works for a few hours. Im wondering if I should try another med....have you?

I noticed when I rinsed my Breztri with hot water, it really came out forcefully. I am seriously considering doing that every time to insure a full dose.

@robinmelissa that’s crazy rinsing the inhaler to get full dosage it shouldn’t get clogged up that fast. The problem been the inhaler itself, when pushing down there are times you don’t get full dose, I can hear the force when it’s not strong so to me using a spacer there’s nothing showing the dosage and it doesn’t make more medication to go in there if it’s not coming out of the inhaler, I believe because we don’t always get the full dosage that’s why it doesn’t last 12 hours. I love breztri when I get the full dose but sometimes it’s a hit or miss what comes out, if we are paying for a inhaler it should work we shouldn’t have to buy another product to get the right amount into our longs , I’m hoping they change it. Stay well
