MDS and sugar
I've heard for many years that some cancers love sugar. Does MDS feed on sugar we eat?

Yes, glucose. Low carb ketosis gives your body fuel but slows cancer. I have MGCS and my m-spike number dropped from .9 to .68!!! I use c8 MCT in my morning coffee with a tablespoon of 100% cacoa organic powder and collagen and creatine. Keeping calories low. Seems to be working!

1 Reaction@twitt1949, there is a lot of myth and misinformation about sugar's role in cancer.
For that reason, Mayo Clinic provides this information:
- Sugar's Role in Cancer https://connect.mayoclinic.org/blog/cancer-education-center/newsfeed-post/sugars-role-in-cancer-1/
Eating a heathy diet can reduce the risk of getting cancer and the risk of recurrence. Less sugar is usually part of a health diet.
All kinds of cells, including cancer cells, depend on blood sugar, also called glucose, for energy. But giving more sugar to cancer cells doesn't make them grow faster. And keeping sugar from cancer cells doesn't make them grow more slowly. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/cancer/in-depth/cancer-causes/art-20044714
