I don’t think anyone has yet pointed this out on this thread, but aura without migraine is not necessarily benign. It has been linked to an increased risk of CVD and ischemic stroke. While the risk is low, it is real. (Not sure if the links can be posted here, but you can easily find this referenced via a quick A.I. search.)

@thisnthat Correct. That is why my daughter’ neurologist told her to go to ER if she has the weird stroke-like symptoms. She started getting these episodes in her 20s.
