@steveinmontana Tomorrow I’m having a minimally invasive endoscopic (not open) 2-level laminectomy. I have a great neurosurgeon from Johns Hopkins who was rated a top doc in MD. He says there is only one nickel hole incision & it’s an out patient surgery. I’ll let everyone know how the surgery & recovery goes. Wish me luck!

@steveinmontana I did share my experiences and what I learned from them. Its been 30 years now. Most people don't have access to doctors, nor do they justify paying for them. So I am being helpful. In addition, I had YEARS in university physiology so maybe that is some of that knowledge shining through as well. I do not diagnose; however, people have clearly found that my direction has yielded in the direction I was pointing to. I have lifelong piriformis disorder and sciatica. I learned tons about the physiology of that. You too, have a great day!
