@sophie46 do you get your them via a prescription? I am going to ask my Dr for a RX so trying to find out what I should ask him for

@bexster Yes, I get my hormone replacement via a prescription. I have had my ovaries, uterus and cervix removed. I use Estradot patch and Estragyn cream.

Make sure you are using a provider that is knowledgeable about hormone replacement. It isn't as simple as just getting a prescription. Depending on your age, how long since menopause, your medical history will help the doctor decide what dosage to start with and how long ramping up to the best hormone levels for you. Regular blood draws are important to check hormone levels.
In my case, I have an estradiol/testosterone pellet inserted every 12 weeks, also nightly progesterone, estradiol vaginal cream and a miniscule amount of dhea. Good luck
