Hello. I'm starting Xifaxan and neomycin on Monday for my methane SIBO and I'm really, really nervous. Any tips or advice? TIA!

I worked with a nutritionist following my SIBO treatment. It’s been about 2 months and I’m symptom free but cautious. I still follow the FODMAP guidelines and use Fodzyme powder on foods that might be offensive to my GI system.

NEVER take neo. I now have devastating tinnitus for the rest of my life.

such a case study, for 1 person it is detrimental yet to another it has benefits.
Review and consider carefully, each Dr, each drug prescribed, each and every time.

Hi,
How is everyone affording the Xifaxan? My daughter is on it, and with insurance, the cost is $3200 per month. After a manufacture coupon, that brings it down to $1000. She has to have it for liver disease, but the cost is making it incredibly difficult.

My GI doctor found me free samples at associated clinics But I was only trying them out.

@lylii Also try this Canadian online pharmacy: progressiverx.com. The gastroent. nurse practicianer I saw said it's a reputable pharmacy and supposed to charge a lot less than US pharms. Good luck.
