Do Berbarine drops work for weight loss

I was on Wegovey shots last year and I did lose 25 lbs but as soon as I stopped taking the shots the weight came back pretty fast. I don't want to do the shots again, so I have been looking for other ways to lose the weight again, but would like to do it a little more natural.

Welcome to Mayo Connect. I had never heard of Berberine, so I did a few searches.

Have you discussed with your provider about why you gained weight after stopping
Wegovy? Wegovy and/or Berbarine are tools to help with weight loss, but both require lifestyle changes.

Did Wegovy reduce your appetite?

@roch Thank you for your comments. Wegovy did suppress my appetite and I lost 25 lbs in a years time. But when I got to my weight I was happy with I stopped it and I am thinking I should have been taken off slowly. I can't afford the shots now but I am working with a NP that specializes in Hormone and weight loss. I have always been an exerciser and I try to eat mostly plant based foods. So once she gets my labs back we will sit down and make a plan.
