Viagra or Cealis
As someone who is 71 with ED, I have tried both Viagra and Cealis and although neither have brought back my full erections, the Cealis seems more effective. I am curious if anyone else has tried both and what their opinions are.
The side effects were worse with Viagra with less success helping with erections. While taking the Cealis, I have had a much firmer penis that seems much fuller even when not aroused although I still do not get a full erection anymore. Has anyone tried anything else?

Is ultra peak XL A TRUE PRODUCT
@80cobber no headaches, slight flushing when I use the Viagra. Stronger erections. I’ve found the 5mg Cialis every other day, with 25-50mg of Viagra prn produces the least side effects and greatest therapeutic benefit.

1 ReactionI recently read this comment on use of Tadalifil (Cialis) in Great Britain. Seems that it has significant health benefits. Most men take the 5mg dose and it is only needed every other day because it has a half-life of 17 hours. Take an additional 5 mg at least one hour before "needed" for a boost.
UK biobank data: Tadalafil reduced mortality at all doses. 10 mg/d: HR 0.72, CI 0.58–0.89. That is a massive effect size (https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/acel.14334)
In a study of 50 million men: Tadalafil use was associated with significantly reduced risks of all-cause mortality (RR 0.66), myocardial infarction (0.73), stroke (0.66), venous thromboembolism (0.79), and dementia (0.68) in erectile dysfunction patients.
