@rashida - I had not seen this video, before! I so appreciate your thinking about my needs, and this truly is a big help for me! I wrote all the points being made down. i just shared this with my wife! Some of the recommendations, and analysis are subjects she and I have discussed, and she has been trying to get me to reach an understanding, especially on how to handle my brother, and sister, to some extent, which would help me! I don’t need the emotional drain, that I get on a regular basis, from both my brother and sister, who are both very narcissistic! As an example, I had been setting my own schedule, as to when we could have phone calls. We all live far away from each other. My brother wants phone calls every week, on Sunday afternoons. He says he needs mine and my sister’s emotional support. When I felt that I was being abused emotionally, and manipulated by my brother and sister, I, recently, put the brakes on! I am a caregiver, for my wife, who is in heart failure, and had quintuple bypass years ago, with several heart attack’s and stents put in since! She, also, has metabolic syndrome, with diabetes! So, I have my hands full! I told my brother that phone calls could only happen, after I’ve done my ‘chores’, which is after 9PM, and not every week, depending upon what responsibilities I have, on any particular week! We, also, have 2 cats, and a diabetic companion dog, for me, who, just recently, is going blind. So, both of my siblings, who are single, with no pets, were making unreasonable demands on my time. So, my brother has gotten sort of nasty with me, lately, maybe because he is not in control of my time! Thanks again for your help and support! I really appreciate you and needed your advice! Wishing you the best!

@foundryrat743 you don’t owe your brother and sister anything. Don’t allow them to manipulate you into doing anything.
