@pha29205 I think that is a common problem with dry eye, as your eyes are open a lot when driving, also some people are sensitive to light. Sunglasses or other types of glare blocking lenses can help. Definitely mention driving difficulties to your doctor. There are tons of different types of prescription drops, as well as other treatment options. @minnesota10 mentioned a sleep mask which is a great recommendation, a humidifier is also good. Warm compress is good too. Lots of lifestyle things like fish oil supplements have evidence in helping. It sounds like there are many options still available to you so I hope some of them help.
