I hope you had a peaceful Easter. I'm so glad to hear you've been feeling better and that the MRI went smoothly!
In my own epilepsy journey, there are weeks when we feel good and others when we are not that great. As I've learned through yoga, I try to stay in the present moment rather than anticipating problems that haven't arrived yet — what my yoga teacher calls "anticipating possible belly pains."
