If you had radiation, when did you start hormone therapy?

I started Arimidex a month before surgery and radiation a month after surgery, 21 treatments, no chemo. A year in now and my osteoarthritis is more bothersome, but tolerable. Worst side effects are restless leg syndrome at night and leg cramps, sometimes severe. Ibuprofen and TheraWorks help. I would stop taking it because of my joint damage, but I enjoy my evening cocktail and "they say" alcohol adds estrogen. I'm currently working on adding estrogen blocking foods to my diet. I'm 77, raising 2 teenage grandsons and need my health, energy and mental health to keep up with them!
