I've worn a Fitbit for couple of years. My average resting heart rate is 48-51 any given day. My minimum is 38-40 while asleep. I feel fine. When I visited Mayo last year my doc expressed no concern, just a "See you next year". You are safe!

@lmt1 thank you for the reassurance. I have a family doc appointment in a couple weeks. Just wanted to clear things up. I have terrible health anxiety if you couldn't already tell 😔
