Treating Spinal Stenosis with the Minuteman device or other decompress

I'm 73 years old and have been diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis and lumbar
spondylolysis. Have had 5 pain injections in the last 2 years. The early ones helped but not the last two. Now my pain doctor suggested the Minuteman device between my L4 and L5 vertabrae. Does anyone have experience with these decompressing devices? This is the second time I've asked on this platform. Have only gotten one response and they suggested a surgeon do it rather than a pain doctor. The fusion rate of the device is 93% and pain reduction is supposed to be over 50%. Its supposed to be a simple procedure and minimally invasive.
Also, does the Mayo Clinic surgeons do these procedures? Or related pain MD's ? Thank everyone for any comments. Joe

@marietter Thank you. That's more information than I already knew. Wish there was more people that could give me success rate and personal experiences with it. Hoping the people that had it already,don't read this platform any more because their pain is gone!
