8 ReactionsPeople talk about their regrets. I have no regrets. Regrets are about things that happened in the past. You cannot change the past. Whatever happened in the past, no matter how bad, it cannot be changed. So why have regrets? I believe our lives are predestined before birth. But you can change your path if you want but it was still meant to be. So let go of any guilt you may have. Myself, I’ve had an interesting and wild life. No regrets. If something horrible happened I consider it a mistake or poor judgment and an experience.
