@pennylane212 you might also consider starting a food diary. From what you’ve indicated I have to ask how varied is your diet? If you’re eating the same things and just reversing them it’s still the same. After all variety is the spice of life and our GI systems like variety. Also, if you’ve been on a high fiber diet maybe it’s too much fiber for your system?
