I was just thinking about the video that I posted and wondering how you are all doing with your sleep problems.

Any new developments in your sleep health? Have you found any good solutions yet? Is there anything you would like to share that might be helpful to the rest of us?

I had a supervised sleep study a few months ago that resulted in getting an oral appliance due to apnea and then a home sleep study to verify it is working. But I still nap a lot and have a few other issues.

Had a Neuro appointment today and it appears I’m not taking the Sinemet right. The probiotic helps with my bowels but can’t be taken with Sinemet which I have been doing. So, I’ll make that change, put caffeine and soda (for taking Sinemet) back in my

diet and see where that leads.

Oh, and I have Raynaud’s.

It is good to hear from you Steve, @ggopher

It sounds like you have had a lot of changes since we last heard from you. I am glad to hear that the sleep study resulted in some help for you.

Is the sleeping apparatus a CPAP machine? Are you getting more REM sleep now?

Teresa

The apparatus is like two tooth trays hinged together to push the lower jaw forward. A CPAP was not recommended.

I can’t say my REM has improved much but I don’t seem quite as tired all day as I did. Napping a little less.
